Hi guys! Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes yesterday, they made my day! I felt so loved by all of you. ❤️
I love any and all thematic holidays (they are such a fun chance to dress up!) but there’s something different about Valentine’s. Maybe it’s because I’m such a sucker for pink, but I love everything about the holiday – especially the endless outfit possibilities. I’ll be sharing a few more Valentine’s looks over the next couple weeks. You really can’t go wrong with any color combo – it just depends on the occasion!
Grey and blush is such a pretty soft palette that you can wear to the office or for drinks after if you are celebrating solo this year or want to keep it low key but still don’t want to miss a chance to dress up. Plus you’ll be able to wear them all year long afterwards without feeling like a Valentine since the colors are so versatile. I’m obsessed with this grey wide-leg trouser (under $100) that would be perfect for the office, and love these blush tops (here and here – all under $100) to bring in a pink tone. You also can’t go wrong with a mule (under $50) or lace-up sandal (just ordered these!) that are both feminine but still casual enough to be able to wear to work or a night out with friends.
Below are few more of my favorite grey and blush pieces for a more subtle spin on a Valentine’s ready look:
