Happy Monday! We are stayed home this weekend and it was so nice just to do nothing clean out my closet, go to the pumpkin patch, and just enjoy Fall at home with my family. The last couple weeks have been so busy with travel – some work, some play. 🙂  From fashion week to a quick trip to CA for work and our anniversary getaway, it’s been back-to-back trips so far this month. It also just hit full fall weather here in Utah and we have the driest climate so my skin has felt so dry lately. I always notice my fine wrinkles and chapped lips more when I’m dehydrated and busy because I always forget to drink water!

I’m always looking for ways to keep my skin hydrated and feeling rejuvenated. One of my friends told me about the Hydrafacial MD and I was excited to try it out. I have really sensitive skin and found out (the hard way) that the intense laser treatments really do a number on my skin. I had a really bad experience with a facial last year and I literally spent months trying to undo the damage. 🙁 So I have been so nervous to try any other facial treatments but this one has no downtime or irritation so I was excited to try it!

Seeing the results and comparing my skin from before to after – love what it did for my skin! Again, I have super sensitive skin so right after the treatment my face was a little red for about 4 hours. (I probably could have covered it with makeup but I wanted my face to breathe.) Right away I could feel a difference in the texture of my skin; it was a lot smoother, especially around my nose. They said the best results are 24 hours later and that’s when I noticed the biggest changes. My wrinkles around my mouth were filled in and my face just felt dewy and fresh.

I was a little red after the treatment which is normal, you can see it most around my cheeks, but my skin felt so smooth!

My skin seriously felt so soft, and the pores around my nose were so much better after!

I love finding new favorites to share with you guys. The facial is great if you have a big event coming up – it’s like my new equivalent of a spray tan but for a fresh face. 😉 You get that fresh look without any needles, plumpers, or fillers and they show you all the stuff they exfoliate from your face! It’s so gross, mine was like a muddy yellow color with dead skin flakes floating. EW!

Anyway let me know if you guys have any questions or when you get it done. I’d love to know what you think! DM me on snapchat of Instagram! (You can see all the places they are offered here.)

Have a great day guys!

XX, Christine
