This particular shade of blue is so nostalgic for me, quite possibly because it's the color of water. I was completely obsessed with swimming pools and the ocean as a kid (even though I had never seen it!). This outfit is so easy to throw on for dinner, and I might love it even more with a neon pink cardigan in the casual outfit below.
