My shirt and pants certainly look like they were made for each other. An off-shoulder striped top has a definitive nautical vibe, and the "sailor" pants (the style name) carry the same connotation. Even without the "sailor" pants I love a striped top with ivory or white bottoms, like skinny jeans or linen shorts. As shown in the inspiration photo, the same outfit looks great with a darker striped top, too!
