5 Super Bowl Sunday Snack Recipes

Happy Sunday guys! Hope everyone has had an awesome weekend. I have been super busy with Cody and the kids. We have been having a ton of fun celebrating Mara’s birthday. She had the cutest mermaid theme birthday party last night and was in complete heaven, you can check out a few of the details on my insta story @hellofashionblog & snapchat @hellofashblog. I love any reason for little get-togethers! The Super Bow is probably one of the biggest celebrations of the year haha so I wanted to share a few yummy snacks for the big day and wanted to share some of my favorite pinterest finds. 🙂

| Makes: 6 Servings |


  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3/4 cup Panko*
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Panko, egg, garlic and onion powder and green onions; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Using a wooden spoon or clean hands, stir until well combined. Roll the mixture into 1 1/4-to-1 1/2-inch meatballs, forming about 24 meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes, or until all sides are browned.
  4. Place meatballs into a slow cooker. Add buffalo sauce and gently toss to combine. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  5. Serve immediately, drizzled with blue cheese dressing, if desired.

| Makes: 8-12  Servings|


  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar
  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips, divided
  • 1½ cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter cups


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Beat on high until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 cup peanut butter chips.
  3. Form a ball and place in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and unwrap the plastic wrap.
  5. Place the remainder of the peanut butter chips and the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on a large plate. Roll the cheese ball in the Reese’s and place on serving dish.
  6. Serve with Graham crackers.

  • 1 Pane Di Casa, Vienna or Sourdough loaf of bread, unsliced
  • ⅔ cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed (or 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large, ripe tomato, finely chopped3-1/2 ounces | 100 grams mini pepperoni slices
  • Fresh basil leaves, finely shredded
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs or Italian seasoning

Ingredients for brownies:

  • For the brownies:
  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Ingredients for mousse:

  • 6 tablespoons softened cream cheese (about 3 oz. or 85 g)
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1/4 cup chopped milk chocolate or milk chocolate chips (45 grams)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ÂșF. Liberally butter a muffin tin.
  2. In the microwave or in a pot on the stove, combine the butter and sugar. Cook until bubbly, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla and quickly whisk together.
  4. Stir together all the dry ingredients and stir into the rest until smooth. Divide batter into muffin tin.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. When they’re cool, use a shot glass or anything else with a small top to press a hole into each brownie.
  7. When they’re completely cool, fill with mousse.
  8. To make the mousse, mix together the Nutella and cream cheese.
  9. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double broiler and stir into the cream cheese and Nutella.
  10. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Stir about half of it into the Nutella mixture to soften it, then fold the rest in. Use to fill Brownies.

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (you could also use milk chocolate)
